2016

First Frame

Two teenagers in regional NSW. A borrowed camera. A backyard, a river and no idea what we were doing. The shot came out crooked and we watched it back sixty times.

2020

First Frames

Two kids, a shared road trip around Australia, and a camera picked up on a whim. We met somewhere along the way, started taking photos together, and something clicked long before we knew what to call it.

2022

Eight Frames Begins

Still in high school, we started Eight Frames Media out of nothing but stubbornness and curiosity. Our first paid gig was a music shoot — a room, a band, a single camera and the quiet realisation that this could actually be a life.

2024

A Real Partnership

The hobby became the whole thing. Shooting most afternoons, weekends buried in the field, working alongside artists, athletes, brands and storytellers on projects that kept getting bigger, weirder and better than the last.

2026

Signed, Sealed, Aired

We finished high school, wrapped a Cert. III in Screen and Media, and took Eight Frames full time — all in the same year we watched our first documentary air on national television and stream through a major service. The road, finally, felt like the plan.
